Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 3 packs of Luya Organic Chunks Simply Natural (175 g)
- 3 tbsp bouillon
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 50 g shiitake mushrooms
- 2 broccoli
- 6 carrots
- One pack of mushrooms
Preparation
1. Marinate Luya chunks (optional)
For a more intense flavour, marinate the Luya chunks in a little soy sauce in the fridge 1-2 hours before eating.
2. Prepare vegetables
Peel the carrots and cut into bite-sized pieces together with the broccoli, mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms.
3. Prepare the stock
Fill the fondue chinoise pan with water and bring to the boil on the hob. Add the stock, soya sauce and miso paste and stir well. Add the diced shiitake mushrooms to the stock to release their flavour.
4. Plating and serving
Arrange the vegetables, stock and marinated Luya on the table. Everything is ready for a delicious plant-based fondue experience. Enjoy!
