Ingredients
for 4 Portions
- 4 Luya Burger Nature
- 4 burger buns
- 1-2 onions
- ½ cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 2 avocados
- ½ lime
- 1 clove of garlic (pressed or finely chopped)
- Some lettuce
- 30g microgreens
- Veggynaise (vegan mayonnaise)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Prepare the vegetables
Finely slice the onions, cut the cucumber into slices and grate the carrot. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork. Mix in the garlic and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Fry the Luya Burger
Fry the burger patties in a little oil for approx. 5-6 minutes over a medium heat until golden brown.
3. Toast the burger buns
Cut the burger buns in half and toast in a preheated oven at 200°C until crispy.
4. Serve
Top the burger buns with avocado and lettuce. Then add the Luya Burger, onions, cucumber, carrots, microgreens and season with pepper. Add Veggynaise to taste. Place the bun lid on top. Enjoy!
