{"id":5938,"date":"2025-04-08T16:22:17","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T14:22:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luya.bio\/?post_type=recipes&#038;p=5938"},"modified":"2025-11-24T12:57:26","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T11:57:26","slug":"luya-stroganoff","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/luya.bio\/en\/recipes\/luya-stroganoff\/","title":{"rendered":"Luya Stroganoff"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column ingridients\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-headline-small-font-size\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class='portions-text'>For <span class='value'>2<\/span> servings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pack <strong>Luya Organic Chunks Simply Natural <\/strong>(175 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 small onion or shallot, finely chopped&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g mushrooms&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 red chilli pepper&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 gherkins&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dl vegetable stock&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dl soya cream or coconut milk&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp cornstarch or flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paprika, salt, pepper&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parsley to garnish&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-headline-small-font-size\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Prepare the vegetables<\/strong><br>Finely dice the onion and slice the mushrooms. Cut the chilli peppers into cubes or strips. Finely chop the gherkins.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>2. Fry Luya<\/strong><br>Dust the Luya lightly with cornflour or flour. Place in a hot frying pan with a little oil and fry over a medium heat until the Luya chunks are golden brown all over. Remove the roasted Luya chunks from the pan.<br><br><strong>3. Prepare the sauce<\/strong><br>Leave the pan on the hob, but reduce the heat, add a little oil and saut\u00e9 the diced onion for 5 minutes. The onions should be translucent but not browned. Now add the mushrooms, increase the heat slightly and saut\u00e9 for another 8 minutes. The mushrooms may take on a little colour. Then add the strips of chilli pepper and saut\u00e9 for a further 3 minutes. Then add 2 teaspoons of paprika spice. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with a little soya cream. Then add the stock, the cornstarch mixture and the soya cream and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Just before serving, add the chopped gherkins and stir again briefly.<br><br><strong>4. Serve<\/strong><br>Flavour the sauce, add the Luya and simmer briefly so that everything is really hot. Serve immediately and garnish with a little parsley. Serve with pasta or wholegrain rice.
