In our Swiss production, we create products for retail and foodservice. Our integrated R&D team explores how technology can be extended to further industrial by-product streams, with the goal of making solid-state fermentation a standard solution for food loss.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Through our licensing model, we bring this technology directly to tofu producers worldwide \u2013 to where the by-products are generated.
