Okara is the nutrient-rich (but often neglected) pulp of the soybean. In Switzerland alone, 2000 tons are produced each year as a byproduct of soy milk and tofu production \u2013 much of it ends up as animal feed, biogas, or waste. We think that\u2019s a waste!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
