Mediterranean skewers with grilled vegetables

The barbecue season has started and with our Luya Chunks you will be envied of everyone at the barbecue. Spicy, juicy and sustainable – these are summer vibes with Luya. With our recipe, every Cervelat and Bratwurst fan can pack their bags. With the matching grilled vegetables and your favourite side dish, you just can’t get enough.


Serves 2

‍175 g – 250 g Luya Organic Chunks Garden Herbs or BBQ
1 bell pepper
1 zucchini
Cherry tomatoes


5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp tomato paste
1 clov egarlic
1 tsp oregano, fresh or dried
1 tsp thyme, fresh or dried
1 tsp basil, fresh or dried
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of sugar


1. Preparing the marinade
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.


2. Vegetables
Cut the bell pepper into 2×2 cm pieces and the zucchini into 1 cm slices. Remove the stalk from the cherry tomatoes.


3. Skewers
Roll Luya Chunks and vegetables in marinade. Put the chunks and vegetables on skewers or toothpicks. Finally, drizzle the remaining marinade over the skewers with a spoon.

4. Grilling
Sear on the hot grill until the Luya skewers show slight traces of roasting (about 3-5 minutes per side).
