You finally want a little diversity on the grill? Then we have just the thing for you. Luya BBQ skewers inspired by Thai cuisine. The slight spiciness and the taste explosion in your mouth will make you forget everything else. So what are you waiting for? Off to the grill!


Serves 2

‍175 g Luya Bio-Chunks BBQ

1 1/2 tbs lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 tbs neutral oil (rapeseed for exemple)
2 tbs soysauce (or tamarin for gluten free)
2 tbs granulated sugar
2 ts minced garlic
1 ts minced ginger

1/2 tbsf ish sauce or vegan alternative (vegan fish sauce or Worcestershire)
1/4 ts iflakes


1. Prepare the marinade
Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan. Cook at medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down to room temperature.

3. Marinate the Luya Chunks
Pour the marinade over the Luya Organic Chunks and marinate for 30min to a few hours

4. Grill it!
Put the marinated Luya Chunks on the skewers. Then place the skewers on the hot grill and grill for 3-5 minutes per side until char marks appear.
