We deliver Luya frozen on Monday with Swiss A-Post. There is no dispatch from Tuesday to Sunday. This ensures that your parcel arrives within a maximum of 48 hours at a maximum temperature of 5°C.
Upon receipt, the products must be refrigerated immediately. You should keep Luya refrigerated at max. 5° C. Luya can then be kept unopened in the fridge for at least 12 days. The exact expiry date is indicated on the packaging. Once opened, please consume within 5 days. Once defrosted, we do not recommend refreezing Luya products.
